+You need at least 16Gb of RAM to connect NIOS 8.5 to BloxOne DDI. NIOS 8.6 seems happy with 14GB. This means that if you use the DS11v2 image in Azure to deploy NIOS, it comes with 14Gb of RAM so it won't connect to BloxOne if you run NIOS 8.5 on it.
