Any Grid Primary name server become "authoritative" for the zone(s) via Cloud Platform when the CP license is installed on it, and the Grid delegates the zone to it. If the CP license was applied in error (e.g. when deploying X6) this can be resolved by removing the Cloud Platform license from the impacted member. Assume a service restart is required.
