Not the same as Windows 10 nor Windows 11.
It is normally based on Microsoft's own tenant (not client's Azure tenant).

However, [[https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/enterprise/create-azure-network-connection|Azure Network Connections]] can be used to make the VM's network interfaces appear in the client's Azure VNet.
