If https has been disabled on the management interface, it can be enabled from the command line.

Connect to the CLI through through SSH or the console port and log in as an administrator.

Use the configure command to change into config mode and then run the following command to enable https.

set deviceconfig system service disable-https no

Then commit the changes with the following command
