Threat Prevention – Provides protection against viruses, malware, vulnerability attacks (e.g. SQL injection) etc found within network traffic. This licence covers IDS and IPS features.

DNS Security - Provides advanced protection against DNS threats.

WildFire – A cloud based platf[orm for analysing unknown files (EXE, PDF, Office, etc) to see if they are threats based on behaviour. Firewalls with this subscription will be alerted to new threats every five minutes.

URL Filtering – Allows the firewall administrator to filter, log and control access to many different categories of web sites.

GlobalProtect – GlobalProtect is the endpoint VPN solution from Palo Alto Networks. It is free for use on Windows and Mac endpoints. The licence allows the user to use the GlobalProtect VPN software on mobile phones. In addition, the licence allows the user to control the endpoints’ access to the network based on their security posture (have they got the latest AV updates, Windows patches, etc).

DLP – Provides advanced Data Loss Prevention.

SD-WAN – Provides SD-WAN capabilities to firewalls that have this subscription. Requires Panorama to orchestrate and configure.
